Notwithstanding anything obtained in this letter to the contrary, Tenant and Landlord acknowledge and agree that is letter is intended only as a preliminary expression of intention and neither Tenant nor Landlord shall have any duty, obligation, liability, or rights with respect to each other concerning the property unless or until a formal lease contract is executed and delivered by Tenant and Landlord. Tenant and Landlord agree to use reasonable efforts in an attempt to prepare, negotiate and finalize the lease contract. Until a formal lease contract is fully executed, the Landlord shall have no duty, obligation, or liability, or right to lease the property to Tenant and Tenant shall have no duty, obligation or liability, or right to lease the property.
